Holiday Policies

DEPOSIT: The first deposit by check is due within 10 days of reservation. Deposits will not be accepted without the security deposit information on the bottom of this form completed and returned.
FINAL PAYMENT: The second, final payment is due by September 1, 2005 by personal check, VISA, or MASTERCARD. We do not accept American Express. Any interest earned is for the benefit of Alpine Property Management.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation must be made in writing. With notice prior to September 1, 2005, you are entitled to a full refund of deposit less a 10% service charge. After September 1, 2005, notice of cancellation will authorize us to make every effort to re-rent the reserved space. If re-rented, a refund will be made less a 10% service charge. If not re-rented, the deposit will be retained and credited to the owner's account.
SERVICES: Mid-week maid service is provided with the rental, additional maid service is available at $30 an hour. For concierge services covered by a 6% guest service fee, refer to the guest services information.
TELEPHONE USE: We request that you use your phone card or make phone calls collect and do not charge long distance calls to your accommodations. Any long distance phone calls charged to the rental home will be billed to the guests with an additional 10% service charge.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM at Alpine Property Management Office on the second floor of the Snowmass Center, Suite 206. If your arrival is earlier than 4:00 PM or later than 5:00 PM, please call to let us make special arrangements.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 9:00 AM on departure day in order that the accommodations may be cleaned in time for the next arrival. We reserve the right to charge 10% of the nightly rate for every half-hour late on departure. This does not authorize the guest to occupy the property beyond the checkout time of 9:00 AM. Keys may be left on the kitchen counter and the door locked as you leave.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Credit card information as security is required by Alpine Property Management, Inc. for any damages due to negligence to a property during a guest's tenancy. Occupant is liable for any damages during occupancy to the premises and to furnishings, equipment, and household items, excluding normal wear.
Keys will be released at check-in time, or left on our bulletin board for late arrivals until the information below has been completed and this form returned to our office.
SKI ACCESS: from all properties can vary during the winter season due to snow or weather conditions.
PETS: The owners of our units insist that we do not allow pets.
NON-SMOKING: All Alpine Property Management homes are non-smoking
